My name is Jeffree Hansen and I have been painting professionally for the past five years or more and really enjoy it, but I have been creating things all my life. I like painting acrylic contemporary modern abstracts, and painting whatever comes to me. Sharing my work with others is what I really enjoy. My very first painting was done on a black canvass with bright colors, which might suggest a sad past but a bright future. I currently have a studio and gallery in Elgin, Illinois, the next biggest city west of Chicago.
